Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Go/TypeScript) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Go and TypeScript to join a technology team that powers health, employee benefits, insurance, HR, and financial services solutions. The role is fully remote and offers a high degree of ownership, allowing you to shape architecture, drive technical direction, and deliver production‑grade software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Develop backend services and APIs primarily using Go.
• Contribute to modern applications and services using TypeScript.
• Work with cloud‑based applications and services, influencing system architecture and technical design.
• Own complex technical initiatives from definition through delivery, making sound technical decisions.
• Troubleshoot challenges and continuously improve performance, reliability, security, and quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building and supporting production systems.
• Strong professional experience with Go and solid proficiency with TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud services and cloud‑based architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex technical initiatives.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills in a distributed environment.
