Senior Java Software Engineer

Main Missions

• Design, develop, and enhance high-performance software features for our core energy products.
• Provide expert-level software support and maintenance services for both internal teams and global clients.
• Lead quality assurance activities, including comprehensive testing and release management processes.
• Manage product deployment and ensure seamless integration with diverse external systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by meeting and exceeding professional development objectives.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend Java development.
• Deep expertise in design patterns, data structures, and complex problem-solving.
• Proven track record in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work on-site in Magdalena, Lima, from Tuesday to Thursday.
