Senior OTM Solution Architect (.NET) – Remote

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Senior OTM Solution Architect with deep .NET expertise to lead the design, implementation, and support of transportation management solutions. This remote position focuses on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) across multiple modules and requires strong integration and cloud migration experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design, implementation, and support for OTM modules including Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments.
• Gather business requirements, conduct GAP analysis workshops, and define scalable technical solutions aligned with customer transport operations.
• Design and manage integration mapping specifications using XML, ANSI, EDIFACT, and RosettaNet standards.
• Coordinate development and DevOps execution, ensuring seamless delivery and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, and testing teams to drive project delivery, testing automation, migration initiatives, and customer enablement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience.
• 20+ years of experience in transportation systems, solution architecture, or enterprise IT consulting.
• Proven track record of 8–10 full‑lifecycle OTM implementations, including at least 3 Agile/DevOps‑based projects and one end‑to‑end cloud migration.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem‑solving skills across multiple geographic regions.

Required skills

• Agile and DevOps methodologies, Jira, Scrum, Kanban.

• Familiarity with platforms like Kewill, Blue Yonder.
