Senior PMO Project Manager

About the role

Coforge is hiring a Senior PMO Project Manager (remote) to maintain project plans, coordinate with engineering and service teams and support leadership reporting. The role suits candidates with 5-7 years of project management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services and Finance.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
• Prepare executive presentations, briefings and project status reports for leadership.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, issues and risk management documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and facilitating meetings and tracking action items.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and status reports.

Required skills

• Knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS)
• Preferred: experience in Hi-Tech or SaaS companies, exposure to Cisco, NetApp, ServiceNow or Salesforce, and coordination with ServiceNow architects and engineering teams
