About the role

Coforge is hiring a Senior Program Manager (Oracle EBS) to lead complex programs and business transformation initiatives. The role is remote and covers candidates based in Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

Drive executive-level and cross-functional meetings, engaging stakeholders at Director, VP and EVP levels.
Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans across multiple initiatives.
Provide regular program status updates to senior leadership.
Lead the PMO function and coordinate competing projects and business transformation initiatives.

Required profile

Experience managing complex programs and multiple competing projects.
Experience identifying, managing and mitigating program risks.
Ability to communicate effectively and give status updates to Director, VP and EVP-level stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional meetings and PMO activities.

Required skills

Program planning and execution, including timeline and dependency management.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS.
Understanding of SaaS, hardware and services business models and applications.
Preferred: experience with renewals, pricing, entitlement and sales transformation projects.
