Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Technology

About the role

Blue Polaris is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead enterprise technology engagements for clients in Peru. The role combines strategic ownership of outcomes with hands‑on delivery, allowing you to shape project direction from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own project planning, timelines and budgets across complex, multi‑workstream technology programmes.
• Lead and coordinate technical project teams while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Manage executive‑level stakeholder communication, framing trade‑offs and options for decision‑makers.
• Identify risks early, drive mitigation actions and surface disagreements on scope, approach or timeline.
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions, especially when direction changes or trade‑offs are made.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience delivering technology projects, preferably in a consulting or client‑facing environment.
• Proven ability to own outcomes on ambiguous, complex projects without constant supervision.
• Experience working with Fortune 100 or large enterprise clients is a strong plus.
• Relevant project‑management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Strong technical fluency in project delivery and quality assessment.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with AI or business automation platforms such as IBM watsonx, Business Automation Workflow, or RPA tools.
