Site Reliability Engineer – Production Sandbox Reliability

About the role

We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Production Sandbox Reliability team, the first line of defense ensuring enterprise customer sandboxes remain stable, up‑to‑date, and well‑monitored. You’ll work in a globally distributed team, acting as the operational guardian for these environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the health of enterprise customer sandbox environments to ensure high availability, uptime, and stability.
• Roll out updates to microservices inside each sandbox, keeping them aligned with the latest versions.
• Triage infrastructure and application alerts, investigate, and escalate incidents with clear context.
• Enhance observability by expanding metrics, logs, and tracing coverage using Datadog and the Grafana stack (Mimir, Loki, Tempo).
• Participate in post‑incident reviews, ensuring root‑cause analysis leads to actionable improvements.
• Communicate proactively between engineering and customer‑facing teams during incidents, maintenance, and version upgrades.
• Participate in a follow‑the‑sun on‑call rotation covering APAC, EMEA, and LATAM time zones.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑starter mindset focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Node.js or Go.
• AWS services (EKS, S3, RDS).
• Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD.
• Observability stacks: Datadog, Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Zabbix.
