Senior Software Engineer New Markets

About the role

As a Senior Engineer you will design, implement, and maintain the core brokerage systems that power millions of users trading billions of dollars. You will also lead regional recruitment, mentor engineers on best practices, and act as incident commander during regional business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build highly scalable, mission‑critical brokerage and back‑office systems.
• Develop gRPC microservices, React‑based internal UIs, and integrate third‑party vendors.
• Collaborate with global tech leads to extend the platform for multiple languages, currencies and markets.
• Troubleshoot incidents and bugs, providing on‑call support for timely engineering projects.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑regional collaboration and regulator interaction.
• Ability to act as incident commander and lead incident resolution.
• Self‑motivated to work independently in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Go (or similar backend language).
• Experience with gRPC microservices and event‑driven design.
• Front‑end development using React.
• Domain‑driven design and knowledge of financial APIs.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
