Software Engineer – Power Platform / Power Apps Developer

About the role

WTW’s Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing team is looking for a Software Engineer specialized in Microsoft Power Platform to design, build and maintain low‑code solutions that support employee benefit programs. You will work within an Agile squad, delivering end‑to‑end features that integrate with Microsoft and Azure services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain Power Platform applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages.
• Implement integrations and extensions with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph and Azure services.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and follow best practices for low‑code and engineering standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams and take ownership of development tasks.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience delivering software or Power Platform solutions in production.
• Hands‑on experience across the full development lifecycle in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform, integrations and Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
