About the role

Tsoft Perú is seeking an SRE Engineer who loves solving complex problems and building technology that makes a real impact. You will work on payment solutions, intelligent systems, and high‑availability platforms that support critical business operations across multiple data centers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent SDKs and gateway proxies to route traffic across data‑center regions.
• Build and operate a service‑mesh architecture providing automatic failover across Kubernetes clusters.
• Drive migration to an LSM‑engine based distributed database spanning multiple regions.
• Architect an event‑mesh to move operations off the critical path and ensure reliability via asynchronous mechanisms.
• Develop a multi‑DC, client‑side distributed caching system with strong eventual consistency.
• Create automatic anomaly‑detection pipelines processing streaming data from heterogeneous stacks.
• Champion modern chaos‑testing practices to validate system resilience.

Required profile

• Deep systems thinker with a first‑principles approach to building infrastructure.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to design systems that can withstand unexpected failures.
• Fluent conversational English.
