Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our regional team in Lima. Reporting to the Supply Planning Regional Manager, you will help drive key performance indicators such as Fill Rate, DSI, and E&O while supporting the S&OP process for the assigned business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and provide input to the S&OP process.
• Create and discontinue SKUs, maintaining supply parameters in the JDA system.
• Develop and manage safety stock strategies.
• Monitor weekly purchase releases to plants and follow up on purchase orders.
• Track SKU performance and report KPI metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer goods or a similar industry.
• Experience managing product portfolios of over 2,000 SKUs.
• Background working with suppliers in Asia, the US, and Latin America.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and IBP processes.
• Knowledge of P&L concepts is a plus.

• Advanced Excel (including macros).
• ERP: SAP.
• Planning tools: JDA, Manugistics, i2, APO.
• Business Intelligence: SAP BW, Business Objects, Power BI, Qlik.
