Tour Leader – Hop-On Hop-Off Host in Peru

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tour Leader to join Peru Hop, a hop‑on hop‑off travel service that showcases the real Peru to international visitors. You will guide groups, share stories, and turn long rides into memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and energize groups of international travelers on scheduled routes.
• Share engaging stories and insights about Peru throughout the journey.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and organized atmosphere on the bus.
• Assist guests with logistics, timing, recommendations and sales of services.
• Represent Peru Hop’s standards, personality and care for guests.

Required profile

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, events, entertainment or guest service.
• Fluent English with clear pronunciation (accent not a barrier).
• Outgoing, adaptable and comfortable speaking to groups.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can take initiative on the go.
• Knowledge of Peru or strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to handle long days, changing schedules and high‑energy environments.
• International experience (living, working or traveling abroad) preferred.
