Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Intrepid is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join its Operations team in Cusco. The role supports the smooth and efficient running of trek operations by managing warehouse activities, maintaining accurate inventory, and coordinating operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.
• Track inventory using Kardex and other inventory‑management tools.
• Prepare and dispatch equipment and supplies required for trek operations.
• Communicate inventory status and operational needs to the Operations team.
• Assist the Warehouse Administrator with reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate or technical degree in Tourism, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Fluent Spanish; knowledge of Quechua is an advantage.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to work flexible hours to meet operational demands.
