About the role
This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. It may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks and performs other assigned duties.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products.
- Process returns, count and confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete paperwork.
- Retrieve orders and select products from designated locations.
- Verify accuracy of picked orders.
- Stage and securely pack products for shipment.
- Arrange shipment pick‑up, contact carriers, and coordinate schedules.
- Palletize cases, wrap, and load skids onto trailers.
- Create shipping labels and documentation, maintaining accurate data in the warehouse management system.
- Safely operate various power equipment, including forklifts.
- Respond to customer or client inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate service concerns to supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Warehouse experience (preferred).
- Forklift experience (preferred).
