Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Young Professional in Learning & Development and help shape a culture of continuous learning across a global tech organization. This remote position offers the chance to work alongside experienced L&D practitioners while supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning events across the company.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by organizing and updating content.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve learning experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Help track and report L&D metrics to measure program impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
