Account Manager – Gaming & Financial Trading

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join Playtech’s B2B team, driving growth for our gambling and financial‑trading software solutions. The role involves managing commercial relationships, advising customers on performance, and promoting new Playtech products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep understanding of customer business models and marketing strategies, including bonuses and admin usage.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day commercial contact between Playtech customers and internal teams.
• Analyse KPIs and benchmarks to provide strategic recommendations that boost revenue and performance.
• Coordinate internal development requests, new project initiations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support the Regional Director on group‑wide deals and large‑scale opportunities.
• Educate customers on new Playtech products and supply appropriate marketing materials.
• Develop account‑management tools to maximise revenue from existing products and channels.
• Maintain regular communication and meetings to nurture strong customer relationships.
• Liaise with project management, translation, finance, compliance and legal teams on behalf of customers.
• Gather competitive intelligence on online market players and feed insights to the team.
• Provide first‑level business support and act as escalation point for technical issues.
• Represent Playtech at exhibitions, events and conduct operational audits.
