Android Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote, paid AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers who need flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Professional software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
