About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Executive Operations Partner to work directly with a U.S.-based business owner. In this position you will act as a project finisher and time multiplier, ensuring the executive’s focus stays on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and triage the executive’s inbox and calendar, drafting responses and prioritising meetings.
- Serve as a polished liaison with U.S. clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Prepare high‑impact documents, reports and contracts, route for approval and maintain meticulous file tracking.
- Monitor open business initiatives in Trello, Teams or Asana and drive them to 100% completion.
- Create and maintain SOPs and training materials using Loom and Microsoft 365.
- Coordinate high‑priority meetings, travel logistics and agenda preparation.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of verifiable experience in business support, administration or bookkeeping.
- Professional English proficiency (C1‑C2) for internal and vendor communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a high transactional load independently.
