Business Hacking Associate – Insurance (Peru)

About the role

Globant is seeking a Business Hacking Associate to support insurance clients in Peru. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, helping design user‑centered, scalable solutions that improve business performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with insurance sector clients to define and implement digital transformation projects.
• Design and document functional solutions, focusing on product, process, and business rule optimization.
• Participate in core system implementations and digital solution roll‑outs.
• Work within multidisciplinary, agile teams to deliver high‑impact projects.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher).
• 3–4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with insurance products or processes (mass, individual, collective, SCTR, EPS).
• Proven involvement in digital transformation or core implementation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to functional detail and documentation.
• Experience in agile, multidisciplinary environments.

Required skills

• INSIS or similar insurance core system.
• Agile methodology.
