Contract Management Specialist

About the role

Statkraft is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to coordinate supplier timelines, logistics and contractual compliance for large‑scale energy and construction projects. You will act as the bridge between suppliers, project teams and on‑site operations, ensuring smooth delivery of goods and adherence to quality, safety and contractual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate supplier schedules with project plans and maintain alignment.
• Conduct regular meetings and factory visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans and manage supply‑chain disruptions.
• Update the Master Project Plan and Quality Management Plan when deliverable dates change.
• Process changes to the Master Project Plan and develop recovery plans for site delays.
• Handle contractual deviations, variations and non‑conformances.
• Plan logistics, customs clearance and ensure all required documentation is available.
• Coordinate site deliveries, access roads, lay‑down areas and security measures.
• Control goods status, including rejections, rework, insurance and ownership transfer.
• Document transport routes and produce logistics investigation reports.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, administration, economics or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in industry, mining, construction or energy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in large energy or construction contract administration.
• International experience with cultural adaptability.
• Native Spanish speaker and intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong commitment to ethics, anti‑corruption and HSE standards.

Required skills

• High proficiency with SAP.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with procurement platforms and contract administration systems.
