About the role

China Mobile International Peru is looking for a driven Enterprise Business Development Manager to lead the growth of enterprise telecom, IT and ICT integration solutions across Peru. The role focuses on building a high‑value partner ecosystem and translating China‑proven solutions into locally sellable offerings.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of high‑value local ecosystem partners, including system integrators, distributors, and solution providers.
  • Identify and recruit 5–8 anchor partners to develop medium‑ to high‑value opportunities in sectors such as public sector, smart infrastructure, mining, logistics, and campuses.
  • Translate China‑proven solutions into partner‑friendly offerings for the Peruvian market.
  • Lead procurement optimisation, BOM design, vendor selection, pricing, sourcing strategy and warranty coordination.
  • Collaborate with headquarters, product teams and OEM ecosystems to adapt solutions into Peru‑ready proposals and enablement materials.
  • Establish clear rules of engagement with partners, including governance, joint account planning, margin logic and escalation paths.
  • Support complex pre‑sales and commercial cycles for partner‑led opportunities, especially in smart city, industrial and public‑sector projects.
  • Gather market intelligence on scenarios, partner capabilities, competitor positioning and customer buying behaviour.
  • Lead a virtual cross‑functional team across local commercial, product and supply‑chain functions to drive ecosystem‑led growth.
  • Deliver measurable commercial outcomes through partner‑sourced pipeline, wins and repeatable joint solution packages.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 + years of sales experience in IT products, telecom market or related areas, preferably with cable connectivity, IDC or cloud service provider experience.
  • Strong customer‑oriented attitude, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure across time zones.
  • Effective, clear and charismatic presentation skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
