About the role

We are looking for an Expert Recruiter who thrives on meeting new people and can quickly assess a candidate’s potential through insightful questioning. The role requires strong organizational abilities to build and sustain a pipeline of qualified talent while consistently meeting or exceeding set quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future openings.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
• Achieve weekly quotas for calls and emails.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• High energy, passion for recruitment, and a proven ability to meet quotas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
