Front Desk Representative – Luxury Dental Practice

About the role

EDGE is seeking a polished, high‑energy Front Desk Representative to act as the premier face and voice of a boutique, high‑end dental practice. Working remotely from Peru, you will deliver a 5‑star, concierge‑style experience to patients, handling calls, leads, and administrative tasks with elite professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 5‑star service by managing incoming and outgoing calls with a warm, reassuring tone.
• Warm up prospective patient leads and conduct proactive outreach to improve appointment conversion and rescheduling rates.
• Handle patient intake, schedule appointments, and use elite concierge language throughout.
• Maintain electronic health records, verify benefits, manage insurance claims, and coordinate with pharmacies and labs.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines in all administrative and patient‑care activities.

Required profile

• Exceptional English diction with a natural “vocal smile” and executive‑level video presence.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality (5‑star hotels, high‑end travel) or premium retail customer handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field OR at least 2 years of US health‑insurance experience.
• Reliable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps via fiber.
