Head of Sales – LATAM (Exposure Management)

About the role

Check Point is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales for the LATAM region to lead its Exposure Management portfolio. The role combines hands‑on selling with team leadership, driving growth of cybersecurity and threat‑intelligence solutions across key verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of enterprise sellers while directly managing sales activities in a defined LATAM territory.
• Generate consistent revenue growth by selling cybersecurity software to online retail, e‑commerce and financial services customers.
• Build and expand relationships with CISOs, security architects, SOC leaders and other decision‑makers.
• Develop and leverage partnerships with channel partners and VARs to accelerate deal cycles.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in a player‑coach or manager role within enterprise cybersecurity sales.
• At least 5 years of proven success selling cybersecurity or threat‑intelligence solutions to enterprise clients.
• Holds one or more recognized cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC).
• Ability to communicate complex security solutions to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to work independently while fostering team collaboration.
• Eligible to work in the country of residence without sponsorship.
