About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic connector between the business and the People strategy in our Lima, Peru office. The HRBP will support leaders and teams, drive employee engagement, and help shape a strong organisational culture.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to drive development, performance, and culture conversations.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve leadership quality and employee interactions.
- Analyze people metrics (turnover, absenteeism, eNPS, climate) and generate actionable insights.
- Support the employee lifecycle with a focus on engagement and experience.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations situations with leaders.
- Lead and support change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Training, Development, Compensation, Workforce, etc.).
- Promote organizational culture, values, and mission.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced student in HR, Psychology, Communications or related fields (Business Administration or Engineering optional).
- English level B2 (mandatory).
- 2+ years experience in HR development roles, preferably in BPO or call‑center environments.
- Experience working with operational teams in high‑volume service industries is a plus.
- 1+ year in staff/support roles (internal preferred).
