About the role
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to provide on‑site assistance to end users. The role involves handling daily technical requests, ensuring smooth operation of computers, connectivity, and corporate tools while delivering friendly, clear, and timely support in both Spanish and English.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver on‑site technical support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and networking equipment.
- Set up, configure, and validate workstations and related hardware.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, internet, Wi‑Fi, VPN, corporate email, antivirus, and common productivity tools.
- Perform password resets, basic access requests, and verify LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity.
- Document handled cases and escalate complex problems to specialized teams.
- Communicate professionally with users, providing clear explanations and guidance.
Required profile
- Technical or university studies in Systems, IT, Networking, or related fields.
- Experience in end‑user technical support, preferably on‑site.
- Advanced, fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong customer‑service attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and organized work habits.
Required skills
- Windows operating systems
- Basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
- Antivirus and security tools
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Hardware setup and peripheral configuration
