About the role
MillerKnoll is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end shipping process for purchase orders, ensuring compliance with import regulations and smooth coordination across global ports and warehouses. The role supports the supply chain by handling documentation, invoicing, and communication with customs brokers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Create invoices for each shipment and maintain accurate records.
- Document shipments to meet importation requirements, including pedimentos and certificates of origin.
- Enter pedimentos into the system and manage importation files and broker payments.
- Coordinate shipments from origin countries to destination ports and warehouses.
- Meet collection and direct‑delivery requirements, handling shortages or incorrect products.
- Assist the purchasing team with queries related to product availability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in international commerce or a related field.
- Proven experience in importation processes.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with decision‑making ability and focus on results.
- Excellent planning, control, and problem‑analysis capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
