About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will shape hiring strategies, guide a large team of recruitment leaders, and ensure the process aligns with the company’s rapid growth and global footprint.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders across multiple regions.
- Design and implement innovative hiring strategies that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and business‑aligned.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
- Continuously refine recruitment workflows based on data‑driven insights.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading operational leaders in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting.
- Hands‑on, proactive management style.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting is desirable.
