Recruiting Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead its Talent Acquisition function on a fully remote basis. You will shape hiring strategies, guide a large team of recruitment leaders, and ensure the process aligns with the company’s rapid growth and global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruitment leaders across multiple regions.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and business‑aligned.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Continuously refine recruitment workflows based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting.
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting is desirable.
