Recruitment & Selection Consultant – RPO Staff (Lima)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Consultant to join our RPO staff in Lima. The role focuses on delivering agile and effective talent search processes while meeting service quality standards and SLA commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute low‑complexity selection processes from profile definition to candidate presentation.
• Conduct interviews, validate candidates and coordinate with hiring managers under senior supervision.
• Support operational and logistical tasks such as scheduling, documentation and data entry in recruitment platforms.
• Monitor and report on SLA compliance, quality metrics and any process deviations.
• Develop recruitment competencies, gradually increasing autonomy and service scope.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of experience managing individual recruitment and selection processes.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple hiring projects.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and candidate record management.
• Capability to handle end‑to‑end processes of lower complexity.
