Remote LLM Engineer – Review AI‑Generated Code

About the role

We are seeking a Remote LLM Engineer to join a paid AI training program focused on improving large‑language‑model code generation. The role is project‑based, fully asynchronous and open to software engineers across Latin America who can evaluate AI‑generated code and create coding challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test model capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level or senior level.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
