Remote Logistics Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a remote Logistics Analyst to manage our hardware logistics processes, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with internal teams and external supply-chain partners to support the acquisition, tracking, and retrieval of equipment across a globally distributed organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira and maintain accurate records.
• Update SAP for inventory management, warranties and renewals.
• Analyze inventory data in SAP and Jira to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Create and manage retrieval requests for hardware assets.
• Coordinate international shipments and courier services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply-chain or procurement.
• Background handling hardware, physical assets or inventory.
• Experience with ticketing systems or operational workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• SAP.
• Jira.
