Remote Logistics Analyst

About the role

As a Remote Logistics Analyst at BairesDev, you will oversee the end‑to‑end logistics process for hardware assets, ensuring compliance, cost‑effectiveness, and data‑driven decision making. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and external supply‑chain partners to keep the organization’s hardware network reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests using Jira and maintain accurate records.
• Update and manage inventory data in SAP.
• Handle hardware requests, warranty tracking, and renewal cycles.
• Analyze inventory trends and generate retrieval requests.
• Coordinate international shipments and courier services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Hands‑on experience managing hardware, physical assets, or inventory.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or operational workflow tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Excel or Google Sheets (advanced level).
• SAP.
• Jira.
