Semi Senior Scrum Master – Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for a Semi Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile transformation for its remote teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help teams deliver high‑quality products efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Guide multiple Scrum teams in applying the Scrum framework and Agile practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting teamwork, processes, and workflow.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members on Agile principles.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to standardize practices across the organization.
• Support organizational change initiatives and drive Agile transformation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align on product goals and delivery expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven facilitation skills for Scrum ceremonies and impediment removal.
• Experience with Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Advanced understanding of Agile principles across varied environments.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development processes.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices.
• Advanced level of English communication.
