Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. In this role you will provide administrative and technical support to project teams, act as a cross‑functional liaison and help ensure trials run smoothly across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned trial activities according to the task matrix, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Perform internal, country and investigator file reviews, document findings and maintain up‑to‑date eTMF records.
• Support study documentation, system access management, training tracking and project‑level activity plans using tools such as GoBalto and eTMF.
• Provide system support, assist with Risk‑Based Monitoring (RBM) activities and manage vendor trackers.
• Process documents for clients, conduct mass mailings, schedule meetings and produce meeting minutes.
• Review and transmit local regulatory documents, coordinate Investigator Site File (ISF) and pharmacy binder materials, and assist with translation QC when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in clinical trial coordination, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong understanding of trial documentation, regulatory requirements and cross‑functional project support.
