Senior Consumer Research Manager

About the role

As the Senior Consumer Research Manager you will be the voice of inDrive’s passengers and drivers, turning raw data into strategic intelligence that shapes brand positioning and guides global expansion. You will lead deep‑dive consumer studies, identify market gaps and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Track inDrive’s brand health and performance against competitors worldwide.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer motivations, barriers and opportunities in key markets.
• Own the full research lifecycle—from objective setting and methodology selection to final presentation.
• Source, negotiate with and manage external research agencies, ensuring methodological rigor and budget efficiency.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand and Regional teams to turn data into compelling human stories that drive business decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in consumer insights or market research, preferably both agency and client side in a global tech environment.
• Proven ability to design and execute U&A studies, segmentation, creative testing and brand tracking.
• Experience managing multi‑country projects and working across diverse cultural contexts.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Research platforms such as QuestionPro and SurveyMonkey.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Data visualization tools, e.g., Tableau, and ability to build dashboards.
• Statistical packages like SPSS or R.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack and Miro (optional).
