About the role

Sovos is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new revenue by selling its tax compliance SaaS solutions. You will own a territory end‑to‑end, from prospecting to closing, targeting large financial services and insurance organisations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution identification, software demonstrations, and deal closure.
  • Sell and promote Sovos SaaS products to net‑new accounts in the Financial Services and Insurance verticals.
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline and accurate records in Salesforce.com.
  • Leverage AI‑powered tools to prioritize opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles (>$100K) and engage senior executives.
  • Ensure ethical behavior and act with integrity in all stakeholder interactions.

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of corporate selling experience, with proven success in large Financial Services organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to close large enterprise opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and selling SaaS‑based or outsourced services (preferred).
  • Strong prospecting, targeting, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
