About the role
Sovos is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new revenue by selling its tax compliance SaaS solutions. You will own a territory end‑to‑end, from prospecting to closing, targeting large financial services and insurance organisations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution identification, software demonstrations, and deal closure.
- Sell and promote Sovos SaaS products to net‑new accounts in the Financial Services and Insurance verticals.
- Maintain a balanced pipeline and accurate records in Salesforce.com.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools to prioritize opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles (>$100K) and engage senior executives.
- Ensure ethical behavior and act with integrity in all stakeholder interactions.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of corporate selling experience, with proven success in large Financial Services organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to close large enterprise opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.
- Experience working with Salesforce and selling SaaS‑based or outsourced services (preferred).
- Strong prospecting, targeting, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
