Service Technician – Field Service (ASEAN+3)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our field service team covering the ASEAN+3 region. You will work directly with customers worldwide, ensuring bakery equipment operates at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs on bakery machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults on site.
• Prepare detailed service reports and identify required spare parts.
• Provide on‑site technical instructions and training to customer staff and Multivac subsidiaries.
• Pre‑assemble or parameterise equipment components before commissioning.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship or comparable training as industrial mechanic, mechatronics or electronics technician.
• Fluent written and spoken English (minimum C1 level).
• Proficient with PC and Office applications; ERP experience is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel globally.
• Motivation to learn and strong commitment to customer service.
