Talent Acquisition Specialist – BPO Recruitment

About the role

Allied Global is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for its BPO and call-center operations in Lima. The role focuses on attracting, evaluating and hiring high-quality talent to support multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO/call-center positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases, building pipelines for high-volume and critical roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, manage offers and follow-up through onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, operations and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status and conversion rates, updating the ATS accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within BPO or call-center environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational abilities, with a results-driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and tracking methodologies.
