About the role
FxPro is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Latin American markets. You will identify opportunities, build relationships and promote our fintech solutions to new and existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify sales targets and opinion leaders in the LATAM region.
- Present FxPro’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct regular market research and provide input on key markets.
- Develop and execute market‑specific strategies.
- Plan webinars and promotional activities for targeted markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Arrange meetings with contacts and attend major industry events.
- Document business development activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and travel when required.
