About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between our clients, partners, and internal teams. You will ensure a smooth user experience on our platform by providing timely, professional support throughout the customer journey.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients during account registration, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general platform usage.
- Respond to inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to account access, transactions, and platform functionality, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to guarantee seamless follow‑up and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client and partner records in CRM systems.
- Support service campaigns focused on satisfaction, retention, and community engagement.
- Track common questions to improve internal processes and FAQs.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales support.
- Professional level English communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and solution‑oriented when dealing with customers.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in fintech, digital platforms, or affiliate programs is a plus.
