Listing Coordinator – Short-Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Listing Coordinator to manage and optimise short‑term rental listings across major platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com. The role combines strong written communication with a keen eye for SEO and visual presentation to maximise bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and optimise property listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Write compelling, SEO‑friendly titles and descriptions that drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate information on amenities, pricing, availability, house rules and policies.
• Organise and optimise photos, captions and listing order for better presentation.
• Coordinate with operations and property‑management teams to ensure listings reflect the actual property.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and conduct competitor research.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and liaise with platform support when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in short‑term rentals, Airbnb or property‑listing management.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or similar platforms.
• Strong written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience writing property descriptions and marketing copy.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel‑manager tools (Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO, listing optimisation and conversion principles.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines independently.
