People Enablement Director

About the role

Paysafe is seeking a People Enablement Director for Latin America to lead a strategic HR function across the region. Based in Lima and working in a hybrid model, you will act as a trusted advisor, champion employee experience, and drive change aligned with global HR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior People Team leader in LATAM, modernizing global HR operations.
• Leverage data and insights to continuously improve employee and manager experiences.
• Oversee talent development, retention programs, training, and leadership development.
• Develop and harmonize initiatives, policies, and programs to ensure consistency across the organization.
• Provide strategic guidance on benefits and compensation to achieve cost efficiency and talent attraction.
• Support administration and application of global HR policies, including performance management and employee engagement.
• Consult regularly with leadership using data‑driven decision making.
• Act as cultural champion, aligning local processes with global standards.
• Partner with People Partnering team to resolve employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Advise employees on policies, benefits, procedures, and job opportunities.
• Facilitate tracking of leave requests in compliance with legal requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR leader or director, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to act as an employee champion and change leader.
• Excellent advisory and stakeholder management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset for decision making and continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of HR policies, talent development, and employee engagement.
