About the role
This position supports the operations team in Lima by handling a wide range of administrative and front‑desk duties. The role combines salary and invoice processing, employee record keeping, and general office coordination while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Control settlement of salaries and payments to personnel.
- Monitor invoice expirations, update documents and troubleshoot issues using internal tools.
- Track compensation and benefits plans and verify time‑keeping information for all employees.
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling calls.
- Manage office generalist tasks such as maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, budgets, shopping, logistics and coordination.
- Adapt to additional duties outside the core specification as needed.
Required profile
- Fluency with computers, mobile devices and standard software applications.
- Near‑native English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
- Technology‑savvy mindset, open to new tools and troubleshooting.
- Availability to work full‑time on‑site (Mon‑Fri, 9 AM‑6 PM) in Lima.
