Enterprise NetSuite Administrator (Remote – Latin America)

About the role

This position is with a confidential U.S.-based company seeking an experienced Enterprise NetSuite Administrator to support and enhance its ERP environment. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Latin America and requires collaboration with U.S. finance, sales, and operations teams during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain health, performance, and configuration of the NetSuite platform.
• Develop and support SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, custom forms, and system enhancements.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, and saved searches for actionable business insights.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide user support.
• Assist with integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
• Participate in ERP improvement initiatives, upgrades, and optimization projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Professional experience administering NetSuite in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization.
• Experience supporting financial and operational business processes.
• Excellent English communication skills for daily interaction with U.S. teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
