Freelance Mechanical Engineer & Python AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Mechanical Engineer with strong Python expertise to design and test AI‑driven engineering problems. This project‑based role supports leading tech companies in evaluating and improving AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design original computational engineering problems that mimic real‑world workflows.
• Create Python‑based tasks requiring numerical methods, iterative solutions, and engineering calculations.
• Develop problems focused on system design, optimization, and analysis.
• Base tasks on actual research challenges or practical engineering applications.
• Validate solutions using Python and standard engineering libraries.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional, research, or teaching experience.
• Strong written English (C1 level or higher).
• Professional certifications (e.g., CMME, SAS, CAP) are a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming for numerical validation.
• Experience with Numpy, Pandas, SciPy.
• Familiarity with MATLAB, R, C, or SQL.
• Understanding of practical engineering constraints and approximations.
