Solutions Architect – Cloud, AI/ML & Data (Remote)

About the role

Toptal is expanding its Technology Services practice and seeks a Solutions Architect to join the team. Working remotely, you will be embedded directly in client engagements, shaping technical solutions from the earliest opportunity scoping stages.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client conversations from the second call onward to conduct deep technical and business discovery.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and cost‑effective architectures across cloud, AI/ML, data, security, and application modernization domains.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges, technical needs, and strategic goals, surfacing adjacent use cases that increase deal depth.
• Guide cross‑functional teams in shaping and validating proposed solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Deliver end‑to‑end cloud solutions for clients across various industries.

Required profile

• Experience working on client‑facing technology projects and influencing early‑stage solution discussions.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Fluent English for all communications and documentation.
• Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship.
