About the role
Signify is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead relationships with professional trade accounts in Lima, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and shared success across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Build trust‑based partnerships with wholesalers, distributors and installer networks.
- Develop and execute customer‑centric account strategies and Key Account Plans aligned with regional priorities.
- Co‑create joint business plans with trade stakeholders to expand product adoption and market share.
- Leverage market insights and data‑driven analysis to optimise assortment, pricing, promotions and digital engagement.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM reporting while maintaining transparency.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with sales, marketing, logistics and after‑sales teams to promote the full portfolio and sustainability solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or B2B sales within professional trade environments.
- Experience in lighting, electrical or industrial goods sectors is preferred.
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution channels and electrical trade dynamics.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations (pricing, rebates, campaigns, service agreements).
