Remote Scheduler & Recruiter (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Scheduler & Recruiter to support our healthcare talent pipeline for the US market. Based in Lima, you will work fully remotely, coordinating caregiver schedules and driving recruitment efforts for a fast‑growing operations division.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sourcing calls, screen candidates via virtual interviews, and manage the talent pipeline using web‑based portals.
• Coordinate daily caregiver shifts, make outbound offers for open shifts, and monitor real‑time clock‑ins/outs to ensure coverage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries and referrals, converting them into interviews and placements.
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and up‑to‑date work records in the internal database.

Required profile

• Based in Lima, Peru with a reliable remote‑work setup.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) for business communication.
• Minimum 1 year experience in scheduling, customer service, inside sales or recruitment; healthcare administration experience is a plus.
• Strong telephone etiquette, independent judgment and ability to motivate talent.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM EST.
