Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its Learning & Development team on a fully remote basis. This entry‑level position offers the chance to support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives within a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and learning events across the organization.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by keeping content organized and up to date.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to help improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
