Accounting Analyst – Fully Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our fully remote team. You will be the primary internal contact for financial information, ensuring accurate data is available for decision‑making and monthly closing cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile various accounts and verify cost‑center allocations.
• Compile and review financial statements on a monthly basis.
• Record accruals, make necessary corrections, and maintain the accounting system.
• Generate analytical reports to support business decisions.
• Assist in developing and improving the accounting work framework.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping or accounts receivable.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or NetSuite.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
